FLOOR COATING INSTALLER (Part-Time)

Garage Force is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Coating Installer to help install premium concrete floor coating systems for residential customers.

Most of our projects are garage floors, but we also install coatings on patios, walkways, porches, and other concrete surfaces.

This is a part-time role with growth potential. Install days currently average about 1 day per week and are expected to increase to 2–3 days per week within the next 6 months as business expands.

We are looking for someone dependable who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and producing high-quality finished results.

What You’ll Do

You will assist in installing professional concrete floor coating systems including:

• Mechanically preparing concrete using industrial floor grinders and hand grinders
• Repairing cracks and damaged concrete prior to coating
• Mixing and applying polyurea and polyaspartic coatings
• Broadcasting decorative vinyl flakes to create finished flooring systems
• Operating equipment such as large grinders, shop vacuums, generators, and hand tools
• Masking and protecting surrounding surfaces
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe worksite
• Working efficiently as part of a small crew to complete projects in a single day

Our installs require attention to detail, consistency, and pride in workmanship.

Requirements

• Must be dependable and punctual
• Construction, painting, or concrete experience preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to job sites (Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Winchester, Canyon Lake, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work physically for 8–10 hours
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Must be comfortable operating construction equipment or willing to learn
• Safety mindset and willingness to use protective equipment

Compensation

Starting pay: $20 – $29 per hour depending on experience.

High performers who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and leadership ability can advance quickly into a Crew Leader role with higher pay and expanded responsibilities.
