Part-Time Property Management & Construction Coordinator

Ignitus Management is a growing real estate management company based in Los Angeles. We are also launching a construction division under a B-General Contractor license. We currently manage rental units across Koreatown, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Redondo Beach.

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is interested in real estate and wants to grow with us long-term.

Responsibilities:
∙ Tenant communication and maintenance

coordination
∙ Vacancy listings and showing scheduling
∙ Vendor quote collection and construction

scheduling
∙ LADBS permit and inspection tracking
∙ Invoice filing and basic financial organization
∙ Notion/Google Workspace system management

Requirements:
∙ Valid driver’s license and vehicle (required)
∙ Organized and self-motivated
∙ Real estate or construction experience a plus

Details:
∙ 10-15 hrs/week (flexible, with growth potential)
∙ $20-30/hr DOE
∙ Based in Koreatown, LA
