Executive Protection Agent (CCW Required)

We are currently seeking professional Executive Protection Agents to join our team for upcoming assignments involving high-profile clients, private residences, and executive travel details.

This position is ideal for individuals with prior military, law enforcement, or executive protection experience who maintain a strong professional presence and the ability to operate in high-visibility environments.

Requirements

• Valid BSIS Guard Card
• Valid California CCW Permit
• BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit preferred
• Prior Executive Protection, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred
• CPR / AED / First Aid certification preferred
• Strong situational awareness and threat detection skills
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance (suit / business attire when required)
• Excellent communication skills and discretion around high-profile individuals

Responsibilities

• Provide close protection for clients during travel, events, and daily movements
• Conduct protective escort and advance planning
• Maintain constant situational awareness and threat assessment
• Coordinate with team members and local authorities when necessary
• Ensure client safety while maintaining a low-profile professional presence

Assignment Details

Some assignments may require live-in protection coverage, where agents will reside on-site with the client and provide 24/7 security presence as part of a rotating protection schedule.

These roles are typically for high-net-worth or private residential clients and require flexibility, discretion, and a high level of professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

• Executive Protection training
• Defensive tactics / combatives training
• Tactical medical or emergency medical training
• Prior experience working in VIP, celebrity, or high-net-worth environments
