Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling,
filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Assist with project design, coordination, such as organizing documents
and preparing reports.

Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (experience with
formulas, pivot tables, and document formatting a must).
Must own a reliable car and have a valid driver's license (for
errands and occasional local travel).
Must own a personal computer/laptop for flexible work needs.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the
ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Procor ,CAD or similar design software (a big plus
for assisting with technical drawings and plans).
Familiarity with power point design for deck presentation
creation.
Experience in the construction, design, or hospitality industry a plus.
