Experienced Cook/Leader

We are looking for an experienced, reliable Kitchen Cook / Kitchen Leader to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing quality food, maintaining kitchen standards, and helping lead the kitchen during service.
The ideal candidate is organized, fast-paced, and experienced in working in a BUSY kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
- Lead and support kitchen staff during service
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion standards
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist with prep, inventory, and kitchen organization
- Work closely with management to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements:
- 3+ years kitchen or line cook experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Reliable and punctual
