This in-person, hybrid role (Mon–Thu in office, Fri from home) focuses on design development, construction documents, and cross-discipline coordination. Ideal candidates are proficient in Revit, understand IBC/CBC and accessibility codes, and bring hands-on experience with construction types I, III, and V. How You'll Contribute
- Lead design development for multifamily and mixed-use projects
- Prepare and manage comprehensive construction document sets in Revit
- Coordinate project teams, including internal staff and external consultants
- Review and integrate consultant drawings and building systems
- Hand-sketch details and translate them into Revit drawings
- Support construction administration tasks as needed
- Apply knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and general construction types
- Ensure compliance with IBC, CBC, and disabled access requirements
- Maintain organized project documentation and schedules

What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (required)
- Minimum 4 years of architectural experience, including at least 2 years on multifamily projects (required)
- Minimum 4 years of Revit experience (required)
- Minimum 2 years of construction administration experience (preferred)
- Working knowledge of building construction types I, III, and V
- Strong understanding of IBC, CBC, and disabled access requirements
- Proficiency in interpreting and coordinating consultant drawings and systems
- Ability to hand-sketch details prior to Revit production
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- California Architectural License or on track to licensure (preferred)
