Job Description
I am looking for a handyman who is skilled in repairs in apartment buildings and commercial buildings. We are looking for a full time employee. WE WILL BE DOING INTERVIEWS IN BOYLE HEIGHTS ON MONDAY, MARCH 9TH, AT 3PM.
- Plumbing: snaking, replacing/installing fixtures such as toilets, and possibly changing out pipes.
- Electrical, including replacing lighting fixtures, outlets, etc.
- Drywall as far as new install, taping and patching.
- Painting.
Requirements are:
A valid driver's license, a reliable truck with his/her own tools for maintenance, experience in maintenance or construction, and needs to be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
