Busy Sushi Restaurant – Hiring Floor Manager

We are a busy sushi restaurant looking for an experienced and reliable Floor Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience managing restaurant floor operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sushi or Japanese cuisine is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily floor operations and service flow
• Support and lead the front-of-house team
• Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction
• Work closely with the kitchen and ownership team
• Assist with staff coordination and operational organization

Requirements:
• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Compensation:
• Starting at $30/hour
or
• Starting salary $80,000 (depending on experience)
