Line cook in sushi&ramen restaurant

Busy Sushi & Ramen restaurant is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team.

We are looking for someone reliable, fast, and clean who can work in a high-volume kitchen.

Requirements
• Japanese food experience preferred (sushi / ramen / hot kitchen)
• Must speak and read basic English
• Must have SSN and legal to work in the U.S.
• Responsible and punctual
• Able to work fast during busy dinner service

Schedule (Dinner Shift)
Tuesday: 4:00 PM – Close
Wednesday: 4:00 PM – Close
Thursday: 4:00 PM – Close
Friday: 4:00 PM – Close
Saturday: 4:00 PM – Close
Sunday: 4:00 PM – Close
(Monday off)

Job Duties
• Prepare ramen, appetizers, and hot dishes
• Maintain clean and organized station
• Follow kitchen standards and food safety
• Work with team during busy service

PayCompetitive pay based on experience.
