YARD WORKER / YARD ASSOCIATE – Loading + Stocking + Customer Help

We’re hiring a dependable Yard Worker to support customers, load/unload materials, pull orders, stock inventory, and keep the yard/warehouse safe, clean, and organized. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes physical work, moves with purpose, and follows processes.

*What You’ll Do*

- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions
- Load/unload vendor and customer vehicles safely and efficiently
- Stock and organize merchandise in the yard/warehouse
- Pull merchandise and prep accurate delivery loads
- No customer loading without pick tickets
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly yard/warehouse
- Operate forklifts, tractors, trucks, and tools safely (as assigned)
- Monitor inventory; report shortages/damages; assist with cycle counts
- Perform daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs

*Requirements / Physical Demands*

- Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Regular standing, walking, lifting; occasional climbing/kneeling
- Exposure to weather, dust, fumes, and chemicals
- Must follow safety procedures at all times

*Nice to Have (Not Required)*

- Forklift experience/certification
- Yard/warehouse or building materials experience
- Experience pulling orders and staging delivery loads
