Rebud Cannabis Dispensary Manager (Full-Time) – Experienced Only

We are seeking an experienced Cannabis Dispensary Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position for a reliable and motivated individual looking to grow within a fast-paced cannabis company.

The ideal candidate must have prior management experience in the cannabis industry and a strong understanding of compliance, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems.



Requirements:

Previous Cannabis Dispensary Management experience (required)

Strong customer service experience

Experience working with METRC

Experience inputting and managing inventory

Experience using cannabis POS systems (must explain which systems you have used and how you used them)

Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

Clean driving record

Must be willing to assist with deliveries if necessary

Strong leadership and communication skills

Must provide 2 professional references from previous employers



Bonus Qualifications (Not Required):

Experience working in a call center environment

Experience dispatching delivery drivers



Responsibilities:

Oversee daily dispensary operations

Manage inventory and ensure METRC compliance

Supervise staff and maintain store performance

Assist with deliveries when needed

Ensure compliance with all cannabis regulations

Work with POS systems for sales, reporting, and inventory tracking
