Job Description
We're looking for an organized and proactive administrative assistant to support our CFO with daily operations. The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once. This role offers hands-on exposure to executive leadership and business/financial operations.
DUTIES:
Manage calendar, scheduling, and personal appointments
Maintain digital and physical filing systems and handle data entry
Visit local post offices to drop off mail packages
Draft, proofread, and manage emails, reports, and documents
Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and travel
Provide light IT support and accounting
Research and prepare briefing materials for meetings
SKILLS:
Experience in executive or personal assistant roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Event planning or coordination experience
Professional, confidential, and discreet with sensitive information
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Familiarity with Google Drive
Understanding of accounting software is a plus
Ability to create newsletters and perform additional tasks as requested
Ability to work remotely with secure computer and internet
