TILE & MARBLE ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER

We would like to see the following qualifications:

• Create take-offs from architectural drawings. Read project specifications and estimate accordingly
• Estimate projects with accuracy, speed and efficiency via our company’s estimating system (Planswift)
• Ability to deal with deadlines and be able to multitask.
• Engage in value engineering/cost management
• Read and understand blueprints, sketches and construction schedules
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and other computer related material.
• Fast learner, team player and customer service oriented.
