Remote HVAC Marketing Account Manager (Contract) – 9am-3pm EST

InSeason Marketing is a boutique marketing firm serving HVAC contractors across the United States. We are seeking an experienced HVAC marketing account professional who can step in and manage dealer marketing accounts with minimal training.
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have real experience marketing HVAC companies and understand seasonal promotions, lead flow, and the marketing channels that drive results.

What You'll Do
• Serve as the primary marketing partner for assigned HVAC dealer clients
• Lead monthly Zoom strategy calls and regular check-ins
• Brainstorm seasonal promotions and revenue-driving initiatives
• Review performance across PPC, SEO, LSA, Google Business Profile, email, and social media
• Prepare and present clear monthly reports with actionable insights
• Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend strategic adjustments
• Coordinate with our internal creative and marketing team
• Communicate proactively and consistently with clients

Required Experience
• 3–5 years of marketing account management experience
• Direct experience working with HVAC contractors or home-service companies (required)
• Strong understanding of HVAC seasonality and promotional cycles
• Ability to discuss marketing performance metrics with business owners
• Experience leading client strategy conversations independently

**Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar platforms is a strong plus!**
