PROBATE AND A STRATEGY

About 30 days ago I posted about what I thought at the time was a simple probate issue . I was lucky enough to have 15 to 20 people respond and it is an interesting process to find the right person that “thinks a little differently “ . The time has allowed me to work up a blueprint on a better path to take . I have provided below my original posting to help tell the story as I knew it back then . If you are interested in a project that will probably run till December 31st 2026 and a monthly income stream ? , Maybe call it a second GIG !!!

aloha , My two sisters and I have been notified we have 25% interest in a home in Santa Ana California . I need some help getting the probate over the finish line , as the Orange County California court system is not design for Pro se litigants . In a perfect world the lady or gentlemen would have experience in simple probate in Orange County Court system . I live in Honolulu Hawaii and just need some help getting this finished up , let me know if you are able to help ?
