Event Barback – Flexible Schedule

We are currently looking for reliable Barbacks to assist with private events, festivals, and special occasions. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants flexible work and the ability to choose shifts based on their availability.

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Event-based (no set schedule). Staff will be offered shifts and can accept or decline based on their availability.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting bartenders during events
• Stocking and replenishing beer, wine, liquor, mixers, and garnishes
• Keeping bar areas clean and organized
• Restocking ice, cups, napkins, and supplies
• Removing trash and empty bottles as needed
• Supporting the bar team to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (cases of beverages, ice, etc.)
• Previous barback or bar experience is a plus, but not required
• Must have a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
