Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Immediate Opening*

We are currently seeking patient, caring, and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support an adult woman with an physical disability in her home in Carlsbad

This role is ideal for someone who is honest, hardworking, reliable, and truly enjoys helping others. Client engagement is very important, and we are looking for someone who values positive interaction, encouragement, and meaningful daily support.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing in-home support and engagement
• Assisting with daily living tasks / Full care / Hygiene care
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation and cooking
• Grocery shopping and errands


Schedule:
• Shifts available Monday through Sunday
• Multiple positions available

Qualifications:
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred (but not required)
• Patient, caring, and compassionate
• Honest, reliable, and hardworking
• Able to work independently in a home setting
