Accounts Receivable Clerk for Flagstaff or Scottsdale Office

Khan, Slayter & Kistler CPA LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing firm. This role is responsible for managing client invoicing, payments, and accounts receivable records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare client invoices
• Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
• Post and apply payments
• Resolve billing questions and discrepancies
• Maintain organized records
• Prepare receivable and aging reports

Qualifications:
• Prior accounts receivable or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Excel and QuickBooks
• Professional communication and customer service skills
