Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is looking to fill a Brazer position with a manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

*Pay Rate: $19–$23 per hour
*Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (mandatory overtime as needed)
*Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Brazer Responsibilities
•Perform brazing operations to join metal components according to production and quality standards.
•Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
•Assemble and braze components using copper, brass, aluminum, or similar materials.
•Maintain consistent heat control to ensure strong, clean, and leak-free joints.
•Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks on completed work.
•Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
•Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
•Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements
•Minimum of 2–3 years of brazing experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment.
•Proficient in brazing techniques and torch operation.
•Ability to pass a hands-on brazing test.
•Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions.
•Must be able to read a tape measure.
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Strong communication skills and ability to follow precise instructions.
•Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
