3D Web Developer (Peach Web) – Equity-Based Startup Collaboration

Alchemy Live is building a cinematic, luxury wellness + culture platform with live events around the world and a membership ecosystem that evolves seasonally.

We are seeking a 3D Web Developer to build an interactive 3D website in Peach Web that guides visitors through Alchemy Live in real time using scroll- or chapter-based storytelling, integrated memberships, a Shopify shop, seasonal themes, and a rotating Sponsor of the Month feature.

This site must feel high-end, immersive, and performant across mobile and desktop.

What You’ll Build (Core Requirements)
1) 3D Interactive Website Experience (Peach Web)
Scroll- or chapter-based 3D storytelling journey
Smooth camera transitions, subtle interactions, premium UI overlays
Cinematic pacing
Fully responsive (mobile, tablet, desktop)

2) Membership Page + Signup Flow
Editable membership tier display
Signup/application flow with account creation + email capture
Payment integration (Stripe vs Shopify subscriptions to be finalized)
Confirmation and onboarding handoff to email/CRM

3) Shopify Shop Integration
Shopify storefront routing (ideally shop subdomain)
Product highlights inside the 3D experience that deep-link to PDPs
Cross-domain analytics (GA4)

4) Seasonal Theme System (every 2–3 months)
Site built to change frequently without rebuilds
“Season engine” to swap visuals, copy, and event info
Archive / past seasons section is a plus

5) Sponsor of the Month Module
Premium sponsor placement inside the experience
Homepage sponsor module + dedicated sponsor page
Easy monthly content updates (non-developer friendly)

6) Performance, SEO & Accessibility
Optimized 3D assets (mobile-first, fast load)
Reduced-motion and fallback behavior
SEO-friendly non-3D pages (Memberships, Events, About, Partnerships)
GA4 + pixel tracking and conversion events

Ideal Skills (Must Have)
Proven experience building 3D websites in Peach Web (or extremely similar tooling)
Strong WebGL pipeline knowledge (asset optimization, texture compression, LODs, lighting)
Scroll-driven storytelling experience (camera rails, scene transitions, UI overlays)
Ability to work from Figma and collaborate with creative direction
Cross-browser/device testing and performance debugging

Nice to Have
Three.js / React Three Fiber background
Shopify implementation experience
Stripe / subscriptions experience
GA4 / GTM setup
Accessibility best practices for motion-heavy sites

Compensation & Structure
This is an equity-based collaboration. Details will be discussed transparently. Best suited for someone comfortable contributing time in exchange for long-term upside and creative ownership.
