Evening Janitorial Technician (Part-Time)

Location: Ukiah/ Hopland
Schedule: Part-Time | Evening Shift
Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Evening Janitorial Technician to join our team. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments.

Requirements:

Possess a valid California driver’s license

Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check

Ability to be punctual and maintain regular, reliable attendance

Ability to stand and be on feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours), including squatting, bending, reaching, twisting, and other physical movements

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds

Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently

Positive, upbeat, and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors and stairwells

Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms

Cleaning sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms

Restocking restroom, break room, and common area supplies

Emptying trash receptacles, replacing liners, and cleaning receptacles as needed

Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture

Cleaning windowsills and interior windows

Maintaining janitorial closets in a clean, organized, and safe condition

Maintaining janitorial equipment in clean, safe, and operable condition

Proper labeling, dilution, and safe use of all cleaning chemicals

Performing other routine maintenance duties as assigned
