ASSEMBLY - TECHNICIAN

MUST SPEAK SPANISH**
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 70 lbs.

Ability to work in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Wire cutting, splicing, terminating, crimping, and connecting using wire cutters, strippers, and crimping tools.
• Ability to understand electrical schematics for harness manufacturing.
• Use of miter saw, band saw, vertical drill, and sander.
• Use of hand tools: screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, sockets and ratchets, tape measure, utility knife, Allen keys, torque wrenches, files.
• Use of electric drills (corded or cordless) for drilling and tapping, and use of electric screwdriver.
• Packaging of parts and machinery using proper materials and labeling.
• Product testing.
• Preparing products with labels, instructions, parts, and starter kits.
• Preparing and packaging parts orders.
• Understanding basic product functionality.
• Identifying and fixing simple product issues.
• Manufacture spare parts and assemble parts kits.
• Use of sheet‑metal cutting tools such as Dremel.
