Experienced Bartender Wanted – High-Volume Bar / Nightlife

We are currently seeking experienced bartenders to join our fast-paced, high-volume bar/nightclub in Phoenix.

This position is ideal for motivated, professional bartenders who can thrive in a busy nightlife environment and deliver excellent customer service.

Position Details

Bartender – Part-Time / Full-Time

High-volume bar and nightlife atmosphere

Evening and weekend availability required

11am - 2am Operating Hours

Requirements

Prior bartending experience preferred (high-volume experience a plus)

Must be 21+

Valid Arizona Title IV (or willingness to obtain)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance

Team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Maintain a clean, organized bar area

Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

Follow all state and company alcohol service policies

Work closely with security and floor staff to ensure guest satisfaction
