Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses. Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate patient care in alignment with established care plans.
- Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, feeding, and mobility support.

- Observe and report any changes in patient health to the nursing staff promptly.
- Provide empathetic support to pediatric patients and their families.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
- Ability to safely lift and assist patients with mobility.
- Familiarity with infectious disease protocols and care standards.
- Understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
- Proficiency in aseptic techniques for infection prevention and control.
- Strong adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices.
