Now Hiring: Line Cook/Cashier

Nguyen's Kitchen is a modern Asian eatery that serves delicious food in a fast-casual environment. We are now hiring CASHIER/LINE COOKS at our location in Orange! We are in need of candidates with a positive, motivated attitude who would love to grow with the company. Our hours are 9am-2:30am Mon-Fri, and 10am-2:30am Sat - Sun. We would love for you to join us and be a part of the Nguyen's Kitchen family.

Requirements:
-Morning/Afternoon Shifts Available(9:00am- 5:00pm)
-MUST be available LATE NIGHT SUNDAYS (5:30pm-2:30am)
-Proactive and driven personality
-Great energy, customer service, and communication skills
-Professionalism and a team-player attitude


Compensation:
-$19.00/hr pay (Hourly= $17.00/hr + minimum $2.00/hr tips)
-All team members currently make over $2.00/hr in tips, actual pay after tips can be over $19.00/hr

Responsibilities:
-Operate kitchen equipment such as a toaster, flat top grill, deep fryer, stovetop, and oven to prepare customer orders
-Prep sauces, teas, and meat in large batches for later use
-Taking orders, recommending items, and interacting with customers
-Maintaining a clean, stocked station and dining area
-Basic portioning and food prep tasks
-Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables for later use
-Lift 20-50lbs as needed
