Meshuggah Shack is looking for an experienced barista to join our fast-paced coffee shack.

We’re high-volume, community-focused, and known for strong coffee and good energy. This role is for someone who already knows their way around an espresso bar and can handle busy shifts with confidence.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Barista experience is an absolute must (hands-on espresso bar experience)
• Full availability for hours
• Weekend availability is required
• Comfortable working solo and during rushes
• Strong espresso skills (dialing in, milk steaming, speed + consistency)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Keeps a clean bar and respects the workspace

Meshuggah Shack has personality, but we take our work seriously. You should be professional, friendly, and able to keep things running smoothly even when it’s busy.
