In-Home Caregiver to support aging couple in Santa Barbara

We are looking for a mature, experienced in-home caregiver to help care for our aging parents. The ideal person is patient, calm, kind, and genuinely enjoys working with seniors. We value someone who is steady, trustworthy, and brings a warm, respectful presence into the home. This position is a great fit for an experienced caregiver who is motivated, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a team, with strong communication skills and the ability to keep family informed as needed.

Schedule:
Monday–Saturday, 1:00–6:00 PM

Duties Include:

Assistance with daily routines and general care
Companionship and conversation

Light meal prep

Light housekeeping related to care

Monitoring overall well-being and communicating with family

Qualifications:
Solid in-home caregiving experience

Patient, calm, and emotionally even-temperament

Good communication skills

Respectful, attentive, and reliable

Strong references required (This is non-negotiable)

Male caregiver preferred.

Pay is competitive and based on experience.
