💰 COMPENSATION

Commission-only (1099)

Aggressive agency comp plans

Reps typically average $1,000–$5,000 per week based on production

Top performers earning $10K–$20K+ per month

🎯 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Active Florida 2-14 or 2-15 license required

Prior life insurance sales experience preferred
