Help needed trash & box removal/physical labor (stairs involved)

We are looking for a dependable and hard-working person to help remove trash, debris, and cardboard boxes from an apartment. This job requires walking, lifting, and carrying items up and downstairs, so you must be physically, capable and comfortable with physical labor.
