We are seeking two Duty Managers (working supervisors) Chicago O Hare Airport

(previous airport operations supervisor experience necessary)


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor for Aircraft Ground Services Drivers to lead and oversee the team responsible for ground handling operations at the airport. In this vital role, you will ensure the safe, efficient, and timely movement of aircraft ground support vehicles and equipment, maintaining compliance with aviation safety standards and federal regulations. Your leadership will drive exceptional service delivery, streamline logistics, and uphold the highest standards of aircraft maintenance support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced aviation environment where safety, teamwork, and operational excellence are paramount.

AIRCRAFT LAVATORY AND POTABLE SERVICES SUPERVISOR

2nd shift: Tuesday & Wednesday Off 1pm to 10pm.

Mid shift: Tuesday & Wednesday Off 930am to 6pm.

53K to start and benefits

Work is outside on the airfield, must be able to work in all weather conditions, have flexible work schedule, some mechanical automotive knowledge & able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Delegating job functions on lavatory/potable water service, assign work vehicles, report on daily performance, employee attendance, conduct safety audits, train, counsel & coach employees. Report maintenance items needed to management & maintenance team. Attend & participate in customers & company shift & safety briefings. Build & maintain daily shift & vehicle reports.

Previous Airport operations experience a big plus

Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.
Enjoy the outdoors on a daily basis (sun, rain, sleet or snow!) May be exposed to a wide variety of weather conditions, jet and machinery noises, fumes, dirt and dust for extended periods.
