The Role: Elevating the Standard
As a lead provider in our sanctuary, you will be responsible for delivering skincare journeys that exceed the expectations of a discerning clientele.

Your Responsibilities:

Perform in-depth skin analysis and design long-term, results-driven treatment plans.

Must have experience with customized facials, dermabrasion, waxing face and body, make up experience preferred.

Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.

Act as a skin coach by recommending premium retail regimens tailored to individual client needs.

What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end spa or medical aesthetics environment.

Valid Maryland Esthetician or Cosmetology license.

A calm, polished demeanor with an unwavering commitment to hygiene and punctuality.
