Professional Server — Thoughtful Service & Elevated Cuisine

Radish & Rye is a concept-driven, design-forward restaurant seeking experienced front-of-house professionals to join a disciplined, thoughtful service team.

This role is ideal for servers who take pride in their craft—those who understand that hospitality is both precision and presence, and who enjoy guiding guests through exceptional food, wine, and spirits.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in high-volume or fine-dining service
Strong wine knowledge (ability to speak confidently and sell intentionally)
Solid understanding of spirits and classic cocktails
Comfort selling and describing seasonal, high-quality cuisine
Calm under pressure; professional, polished, and guest-focused
Team-oriented with a respect for standards and consistency

This is not an entry-level position. Candidates without prior serving experience will not be considered.
