With its fifth location in New York, Chubby Cattle Soho marks the Chubby Group’s expansion to the East Coast, delivering a fully immersive and themed dining experience. As one of the few all-you-can-eat concepts in the Soho area, it offers a distinctive culinary journey designed to captivate both local guests and visiting tourists.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning ingredients).

2. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, prep stations, and storage areas.

3. Ensure all equipment, utensils, and work surfaces are sanitized according to health and safety standards.

4. Support dishwashing, waste disposal, and restocking of supplies as needed.

5. Assist in receiving and organizing food deliveries.

6. Perform other back-of-house duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

1. Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred (we provide training as well).

2. Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

4. Flexibility to work daytimes, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

5. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
