Packaging Crew Member

We are currently looking for someone with a positive outlook, an exceptional work ethic, familiarity with mechanical principles and equipment, and who finds satisfaction in physically demanding work.

This position requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, is a hard worker who can have fun, and has the ability to pivot unexpectedly by being highly adaptable. Our mission is to bring the best craft beverages to the people, so we get our hands dirty and sometimes a bit sticky! The most essential skills required are a positive disposition, the ability to work well with others on a tight-knit team, good communication, and a sense of humor.

As a Bottling and Packaging Crew Member, you will assist in the timely filling of bottles and cans and pasteurizing finished products. You can lift 50 lbs or more regularly, drive a forklift, and use a pallet jack to move heavier items such as kegs, drums, totes, and pallets.

This position is physically demanding. You must stand most of the day and frequently walk, move cases by hand, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, and visually count. The noise level in this work environment is moderate to loud, and earplugs will be required on some days.

Shift: Wednesday - Saturday (Rotating Wednesday's weekly) 12 hour shifts 7:30 am - 8:00 pm
