Job Overview
Verascape Commercial Landscape Solutions is hiring a Commercial Landscape Foreman to lead crews on commercial landscape and hardscape installation projects in the Charleston area. This position is construction-focused and not a maintenance role.
The ideal candidate is bilingual, dependable, and experienced in managing crews on commercial job sites while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity.
Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise landscape installation crews on commercial construction projects
• Read and interpret plans, layouts, and scopes of work
• Coordinate daily labor, materials, and equipment
• Submit daily reports using an iPad
• Ensure jobsite safety, quality control, and productivity
• Communicate daily with Verascape project management
• Operate equipment as needed
Required Qualifications
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience in commercial landscape installation
• Ability to lead crews and maintain accountability
• Comfortable using an iPad for daily reporting
• Strong understanding of commercial construction jobsite expectations
