We’re seeking a Skilled Spray Technician to join our growing operation serving turfgrass, ornamental trees, and shrubs throughout the Knoxville area.

What You Bring

- TN Category 3 Certification – Either in your pocket or the ability to get Certified

- 1+ years of spray experience

- Ride on Spreader Sprayers, skid sprayers, backpack sprayers, and push spreaders

- Comfortable with spray patterns, tank mixing, and adjusting application rates

- Tech-savvy enough to navigate job tracking and field software

What You’ll Do

- Apply turf and ornamental treatments with precision and care

- Communicate with clients about services performed and upcoming applications

- Keep detailed records via job software platforms

- Help maintain equipment and keep the shop running efficiently
