Part-Time Junior Pitmaster – BBQ Food Truck (Baytown)

Local BBQ food truck is looking for a Part-Time Junior Pitmaster to join our team.

This is a hands-on role assisting with smoking meats, pit operations, prep, and service. Great opportunity for someone who loves BBQ and wants to learn real Texas-style pit work with Caribbean influence. Experience is a plus, but not required — reliability and willingness to learn matter most.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with fire management and smoking meats
• Prep, holding, and food truck service support
• Maintain cleanliness around the pit and truck
• Work early mornings, weekends, and service hours as scheduled

Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work in heat, smoke, and outdoor conditions
• Physically able to stand, lift, and move for extended periods
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule:
• Part-time
• Mostly weekends with some weekdays
