What we are looking for


We are looking for a new Truck/Shift lead, a pivotal role in building a robust Team and running one of our eight food trucks. Your contribution will be instrumental in improving our products and services.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day operation:

Safely operate our food truck to transport people and goods to various locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
Ensure Food Quality and follow SOPs
Ensure Health and Safety Compliance
Protect Assets and stay on top of maintenance
Training and supervising team members
Provide excellent customer service
Execute "Impeckable Service"
Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Basic vehicle maintenance, mechanical and electrical understanding.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively within the team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends if necessary.
