Front Desk

We are looking for an experienced Front Desk or Assistant who wants to transition to FD to join our small, friendly dental practice located in Kirkland, Juanita area.

If you have at least 3 years of experience in a dental office and excel in customer service, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $30-$35 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Flexible days from Monday to Thursday; part-time or full-time options available

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our patients;
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in/check-out;
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during daily operations;
- Proficiently use Open Dental software or ability to quickly learn;
- Excellent computer skills.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental office;
- Strong troubleshooting abilities;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Ability to learn quickly and to be a team player.
