Hiring CDL-A Flatbed OTR drivers. If you are tired of downtime, inconsistent weeks, and confusing pay statements, this is straightforward work with consistent miles and weekly pay you can count on.
Freight stays moving, trucks are maintained, and you focus on miles and earnings instead of delays or waiting for the next load.

PAY & BONUSES 💰
🔹 Solo: 70+ CPM
🔹 Team: 80+ CPM
🔹 Guaranteed miles: 4,000 to 4,500 per week
🔹 All miles paid: loaded and empty (no unpaid miles)
🔹 Tarp pay: $75 per load
🔹 Extra pick/drop: $200 each
🔹 Detention: $15/hr after 3 hours
🔹 Layover: $100/day after 6 hours
🔹 Inspection bonus
🔹 Referral bonus: $1,200

REQUIREMENTS 📋
🔹Valid CDL-A
🔹Minimum 1 year OTR and 6+ months flatbed experience
🔹Confident with securement (chains, straps, tarps)
🔹Clean MVR (no major violations or accidents)
🔹Must pass a drug test (No SAP)
🔹No recent DUI or criminal charges
