Part-Time Outbound Sales Rep (Structured, Honest, Collaborative)


This is a part-time outbound phone sales role for people who are comfortable calling businesses,
hearing “no,” and moving on without drama.



It is not inbound.
It is not commission-only.
It is not hype-driven sales.




What the job is

Making outbound calls to small businesses
Selling a straightforward SaaS service
Working about 20 hours per week
Following a defined sales process
Working as part of a small team in the same room


How we sell

We value honesty and clear expectations
We do not exaggerate, pressure, or misrepresent
Reps can try new phrasing/techniques as long as it stays truthful and ethical
Leadership is present—ideas are welcome, but integrity and messaging boundaries are non-negotiable



This is a relationship-based sale. Short-term wins that create long-term problems are not acceptable.


What this role is NOT

Not inbound leads
Not “be your own boss” / entrepreneur hype
Not aggressive or misleading tactics
Not a place for lone wolves or big egos
Not a role where you ignore the process or argue about basic expectations




Pay

$15/hour base
Commission per sale
Paid biweekly
Clear rules, no gimmicks


Who does well here

Comfortable with rejection
Even-keel emotionally
Consistent and dependable
Likes working around other focused sellers
Can share ideas without disrupting the room


Outbound or phone sales experience is strongly preferred.

This is a sales rep role first. Additional responsibility comes through performance and trust,
