K-1 or K-2 Licensed Contractor – Passive Income Qualifying Party Role $$$$

We’re expanding our windows, doors, and exterior operations and are looking to connect with a K-1 or K-2 licensed contractor interested in a qualifying party role with passive income potential.

This is a very minimal oversight position.
We handle all labor, crews, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.

What we’re looking for
• Active K-1 or K-2 ROC license
• Interest in acting as a Qualifying Party
• No requirement to perform installs or field labor

Role details
• Qualifying Party oversight only
• Passive income
• Low involvement / light oversight
• No operational responsibility

There may be optional opportunities to be involved in projects in the future, but there is no obligation and no expectation to take on work.
This role is strictly for qualifying party purposes.
