Assistant Home Staging Designer

We’re hiring! Are you creative, likes project-based work, is detail oriented, organized and dependable? We are a growing home staging company currently looking to expand our business and our team. And we are seeking a dedicated, easy going, trustworthy assistant to join the fun!



Our staging headquarters is located in Azusa and serves San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles areas. This position would be working directly with the owner, Vice President, design assistants, and movers


Key Responsibilities
Assist the Lead Designer with staging vacant and occupied homes

Help load, unload, and arrange furniture, artwork, rugs, and accessories

Style rooms to highlight space, flow, and functionality

Follow established staging styles, concepts, and brand standards

Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging inventory and warehouse

Assist with packing, moving, and de-staging homes after sale

Communicate professionally with team members.

Support basic inventory tracking and staging prep tasks



Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong interest in interior design, home staging, or real estate presentation

Good eye for design, color, balance, and proportion

Ability to take direction and work as part of a team

Physically able to lift, move, and arrange furniture and décor

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Willingness to learn and adapt to different staging styles



Preferred but not required Qualifications
Background or education in interior design, staging, or a related field.

Experience with home staging, interior styling, or retail visual merchandising

Familiarity with design trends and real estate market preferences



Work Environment
On-site work at residential properties and warehouse

Physically active role involving lifting, standing, and moving items

Variable schedule based on project needs

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
pay rate $23-25.00/hour
