*URGENT* CNC/CAM Programmers & Operators

Design and fabrication shop based in North Hollywood, working at the intersection of film, experiential advertising, retail displays, theme parks, and live entertainment. We’ve been building real things for real clients for over 30 years, and we’re looking to grow our CNC department!

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Experienced CNC fabricators who can jump in immediately, as well as motivated early-career candidates with strong fundamentals and a desire to grow!

You’ll be a great fit if you:
Enjoy working across multiple materials and fabrication processes;
Are comfortable moving between digital design and hands-on fabrication;
Take pride in clean, accurate, well-built work;
Are reliable, detail-oriented, and collaborative in a fast-paced shop environment.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of hands-on CNC experience. (or equivalent training)
- Strong CAD/CAM and 3D workflow experience. (Fusion, Rhino, SolidWorks, etc.)
- CNC programming / CAM tool-pathing experience.
- Experience with CNC milling (3-axis and/or 5-axis), CNC routing, or digital fabrication.
- Confident with machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience machining foam, plastics, or similar materials preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently under tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of shop safety and best practices.
