VP of Residential Sales – Custom Homes (Los Angeles)



Commission-Only | High-Value Single-Family Homes



Rolen Development Group is a Los Angeles–based residential development and construction firm focused on high-end single-family homes in established LA neighborhoods. We are hiring a senior, autonomous sales leader who can own the entire sales cycle and personally close deals with homeowners and investors.



This is not a junior role and not a support position. The successful candidate will independently engage prospects, structure deals, negotiate terms, and close contracts without hand-holding.

Role Overview



You will be responsible for end-to-end sales execution for custom and speculative single-family home projects in Los Angeles, including:

Qualifying inbound and outbound leads

Conducting homeowner and investor consultations

Presenting pricing, scope, and project structure

Negotiating and closing construction and development contracts

Acting as the primary commercial point of contact through contract execution



You will work directly with company leadership and our design/construction teams, but you own the sale.

Key Responsibilities

Personally manage and close high-value residential construction deals (typically $1M+ homes)

Lead sales conversations with homeowners, landowners, and private investors

Translate client needs into structured project proposals

Negotiate commercial terms and drive contracts to execution

Maintain an active pipeline and forecast closed revenue

Represent the company professionally in high-touch client interactions

Collaborate with internal teams while remaining fully accountable for sales outcomes

Ideal Background



We are looking for someone who has already done this successfully:

8+ years of senior residential sales experience in Los Angeles

Direct experience selling custom single-family homes, residential development projects, or high-end construction services

Proven ability to close deals independently (not just generate leads)

Comfortable negotiating with sophisticated homeowners and investors

Strong understanding of LA residential market dynamics

Confident, credible, and polished in executive-level conversations

Compensation

Commission-only role with high upside

No cap on earnings
