Inside Sales Representative (Construction)

Pacific Stoneworks and Tile is seeking a forward thinking, inside sales representative to join our team. We are a
custom fabrication and installation company specializing in natural stone and engineered surfaces, serving Ventura County for over 31 years.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing concierge-level customer service to clients, from first contact, through project development, to follow up and project conclusion.
• Prepare accurate and detailed bids, takeoffs, and proposals using industry-standard estimating software.
• Assist walk-in customers.
• Maintain sales project database documenting leads, sign ups, and completed projects.
• Monitor quarterly sales targets as established by the owner, and prepare weekly updates on target progress.

Required Skills:
• Proficiency in takeoff software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to challenges.
• Ability to read measuring tape & scale ruler and perform basic geometry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact well with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
• Enjoys working in a small team, contributing with a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications:
• Minimum two years of experience in sales and design in a construction setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Compensation: Base pay of $25/hour plus commission (DOE)
