Alaska’s Finest Tours and Adventures is seeking a Sales Associate / Sales Office Coordinator to join our growing team in Anchorage.

This position works directly with the Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and Owner, playing a critical role in both guest services and operational flow. The Sales Associate is based in the sales office and serves as a key point of contact for guests, drivers, and internal teams—ensuring smooth check-ins, on-time departures, and an exceptional guest experience.

This role blends front-line guest interaction, commission-driven sales, and operational coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused tourism environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Work side-by-side with the Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and Owner

Check in and check out guests for tours and transportation services

Process reservations and assist with same-day and walk-in sales

Sell company tours and transportation products with commission opportunities

Redirect affiliate product sales to the downstairs sales office when appropriate

Expedite drivers and guests to ensure smooth loading and unloading of vans

Coordinate arrivals and departures to maintain on-time schedules

Communicate clearly with dispatch and operations to support daily logistics

Provide a high level of customer service and represent the company brand

What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Comfortable working closely with operations and transportation teams

Sales experience or interest in commission-based sales is a plus

Reliable, organized, and able to take direction while working independently

Tourism, hospitality, or transportation experience preferred but not required

Position Details
Location: Anchorage, AK

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (seasonal and year-round opportunities available)

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on experience

Compensation: Hourly pay plus commission on company product sales
