The Role:

As an Appointment Setter you will

Set new appointments from warm leads and outbound calling.
Reschedule appointments when needed and refill open time slots to keep the calendar tight and full for our outside sales team.
Follow proven scripts and rebuttals while sounding natural and confident.
Record every call and result accurately in our system.
Hit performance goals set by the company.
Provide professional and respectful service on every interaction.
Who This Is For:

High school diploma or equivalent
Call center, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, not required.
Clear speaking voice and strong communication skills.
Comfortable on a computer and able to learn new software quickly.
Detail oriented and able to follow a process from start to finish.
Competitive mindset and you like seeing your name on a leaderboard.
Reliable, on time, and able to work in the office Monday through Friday.
Schedule and Pay:

Full-Time Monday through Friday.
In office role at our Phoenix location.
Starting pay from $17-20 per hour plus bonuses and commission.
The best commission structure for any call center in the valley.
