We’re looking for a highly reliable, detail-driven kitchen leader to work directly as the right-hand to an award-winning, nationally recognized chef.

This is not an entry-level role.
This is for someone who can execute dishes perfectly, lead by example, and be counted on.

⚡️ THE ROLE

You’ll function as a senior line cook / lead, with clear growth into a salaried leadership role for the right person.

Responsibilities include:

Executing menu dishes exactly to spec every service

Owning presentation, timing, and quality control

Supporting and leading the line during busy services

Communicating clearly with the chef and team

Helping maintain standards when the chef is not physically on the line

Being a steady, dependable presence in the kitchen

Work Clean!
