Construction lead man – Residential Projects

RB Morgan Construction, a residential and remodeling company is seeking an experienced Construction lead man/foreman to lead field operations on active job sites and grow with our company.

Responsibilities:
*Be a working lead for daily job site activities and crews
*Be able to coordinate work across trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.)
*Read and execute plans, specs, and schedules
*Ensure work meets quality, safety, and code requirements of our company
*Communicate clearly with management and inspectors
*Track progress, materials, and manpower
*Lead by example with professionalism and accountability and abilities

Requirements:
-Prior experience as a foreman or lead in residential construction
-Strong knowledge of residential building practices (preferably 3 trades strong)
-Ability to manage people, time, and scope of work
-Problem-solving mindset and sound judgment, but willingness to do things our way!
-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (no DUI, suspensions or multiple violations)
-Punctual, organized, and safety-focused
-NON SMOKER
-MUST CURRENTLY LIVE IN THE ANTELOPE VALLEY
-NO FACE TATOOOS
-Must be US Citizen

Preferred (not required):
Trade background (Drywall, finish carpentry and plumbing preferred)
Experience coordinating multiple trades
Basic documentation and reporting skills
